Thankfully my darkest fears for the past year were unfounded and in fact Stonetime’s profits were up by 60% on last year – so I guess we’re doing something right.

One side effect is that Christmas has crept up un-noticed (by me anyway) so after the sell-out success of last years “Chef Chambers Christmas Master Class” and due to popular demand we are putting on another one on Sunday 6th December. Michelin-starred chef David Chambers will demonstrate how to cook a three course Christmas dinner in under 2 hours (the demonstration will take twice that as he will be cooking two choices for each course).

So please do join us for a great day with lots of fun and wonderful food with wine and beer to wash it down!
