Cook’s Barn is a very unusual place – like no other I’ve seen.  Although it is essentially a high-class showroom for kitchens, cookers, bathrooms, stone, tiles, fire places and furniture, it also lends itself beautifully to meetings, seminars, cookery demonstrations and social events.   There is something about the feel and atmosphere of the place created by its layout, décor and lighting together with the warmth of its owners Chris & Roz Eadon that will make you want to stay longer and to come back for more.

We have already hosted several cooking and dining events, social networking evenings and corporate training and team-building sessions.  All have been very successful and thoroughly enjoyed by those taking part.

We’ve all been to a hotel for some function or other and comfortable as some of them are, they are all (in my experience) boring and impersonal.  Cook’s Barn on the other hand is very personal, hospitable, welcoming and quirky with its TV studio-like demonstration kitchen, wine bar and comfy sofas.

Cook’s Barn is also very easy to find lying between Cambridge and Newmarket and being close to the A14, A11, A505 and M11 with off-road parking and disabled access.

Cook’s Barn is available for hire as a venue for selected functions, seminars, lectures, meetings and social events.  There are no fixed prices for hiring Cook’s Barn as a venue but prices can be based on ticket sales or fixed by the session.  Just call us and speak to Chris Eadon for a price to suit you requirements.
