Christmas Dinner Demonstration Master Class

I don’t know about you but since witnessing the near collapse of the financial infrastructure of the Western World last year my mind has been more focussed on survival than anything else. Thankfully my darkest fears for the past year were unfounded and in fact Stonetime’s profits were up by 60% on last year – so I guess we’re doing something right.

One side effect is that Christmas has crept up un-noticed (by me anyway) so after the sell-out success of last years “Chef Chambers Christmas Master Class” and due to popular demand we are putting on another one on Sunday 6th December. Michelin-starred chef David Chambers will demonstrate how to cook a three course Christmas dinner in under 2 hours (the demonstration will take twice that as he will be cooking two choices for each course).

So please do join us for a great day with lots of fun and wonderful food with wine and beer to wash it down!
